Beats & Bars School Policy

Minimum 24 hours notice should be given before cancelling a lesson, otherwise the lesson will be billed. Please email to let us know.
2 lessons per term can be cancelled if needed. Lessons will be made up, a “Make Up Credit'“ will be given at a later date in order to cause no disruption to learning. The last week of the term is always reserved for make-up lessons, if any lessons are not made up and the term has ended then a credit(s) will added onto the following term.
Payment must be made prior to lessons taking place. Lessons will be invoiced termly or to your desired term length. Typically you will be billed for 8-14 lessons at a time. Invoices will be delivered via email, choose “Click Here to Pay Online”. Accepted forms of payment include credit, debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay (via Stripe). Interac e-Transfer is also accepted (please send payments to info@beatsandbars.ca).
Lessons are scheduled at the same time and day each week. Lessons will not be taught during standard school holidays.
For payments overdue by 14 days, a 10% late fee will be applied to the total invoice amount.

Group Lesson Pricing is charged $40 per student depending on the activity. Please enquire for more info.
